The Canon Power Shot A580 features 8.0MP resolution, 4x optical zoom with Image
Stabilization, a F2.6 maximum aperture, and a shutter speed range of 15-1/2,000

An enhanced Face Detection system can select and track a face within a certain
range. AF-Point Zoom allows you to zoom the display of the AF frame to check

detects a face, sets focus on the face, adjusts exposure, white balance and
ensures the face is correctly illuminated when the flash fires. Red-Eye Correction
